## A build finding: agent files render two fields one character per bullet

In `agents/*/ROLE.md` and `MANDATE.md`, "Works with" and "Wrong when" print one character per bullet. The cause is in
`build/mandatos.py`: its list helper iterates whatever it is given, and `trabalha_com` and `errado_quando` are plain
strings in `dados/agentes.json`. The fix is two lines at the top of the helper: if the value is a string, wrap it in
a list. Gate 35 could also check those two fields. The line numbers: `lista()` is defined at line 39 and called at lines 90 ("Works with") and 129 ("Wrong when"); the
signal of 25 September on this newsroom carries the two sides in short form and points here for the detail.

## Links between the newsrooms

pt.newsroom.sgit.ai freezes and hashes its Portuguese sources; this newsroom does the same for the sgit network;
newsroom.sgit.ai argues for it. None of the three links the other two from its `llms.txt`. A line each way would let an
agent reading one find the others.
