## The Seal becomes the mark · brand guidelines, design record, feedback page

**Concept E — the Seal — is now the RiskMandate mark.** A stamp with the monogram inside it,
registration ticks on the axes, and a quiet inner ring: it signals counter-signature and provenance
to the audiences that read our output. It replaces the text badge in the header on every page and on
the homepage (shipped as chain delta **v0.13.0**, which changes the mark and nothing else, so the
switcher shows an honest before-and-after against v0.12.0).

- **Brand assets**, drawn once and served from the vault: the mark containered, knocked out, and a
**simplified cut for below 24px** — because the concept's own watch-out is that the detail dies at
small sizes, and a blurred seal is worse than a simpler one. Plus horizontal lockups for light and
dark, and PNG renders at 512, 128 and 32.
- **New page: Brand** — the mark at three fidelities, five rules for what not to do, the twelve
colour tokens with their uses, the type scale, and every asset as a one-click download. The marks
on the page are drawn from a single function in code, so the specimen and the downloadable file
cannot drift apart. It also carries the honest caveat from the concept sheet: seals skew
traditional, so keep the mark small and let the typography carry the personality.
- **New internal page: Design options** — all eight concepts explored (RM Refined, Interval,
Aperture, Index, Seal, Containment, Countersign, Record), each with its real artwork and the
argument for *and against* it, including the arguments against the one we chose. Footer-only, not
in the public nav — it is a record for us and for showing a partner, not a prospect. The original
interactive concept sheet is preserved verbatim as a vault asset alongside it.
- **New page: Give feedback** — the post-demo page. The updated feedback-loop infographic, the
interview prompt with a copy button, and what to expect. The prompt is **vault content read at
runtime**, so it and the page can never disagree; updating the interview is a content edit.
- The prompt itself is updated: the output is now called an **evidence pack** throughout (matching
the infographic, and echoing the site's own language), and the stale `llms.txt` caveat is removed
now that the machine surface is current.
- Smoke grows to 25 groups: the Seal on every page, three mark fidelities, every download resolving
to a file that actually exists, eight concepts each keeping its rationale with exactly one marked
chosen, the design record staying out of the public nav, and the prompt loading with the stale
  caveat gone.
