## v0.5 — risk-acceptance focus, aligned with the v0.33.35 vision brief

New default design **v0.5.0**, shipped as a delta folder on the IFD chain and restructured around the capstone brief ("Risk Mandate.ai: Vision and Positioning", v0.33.35) and the launch LinkedIn post — what survived the post's edit is the v1 message.

- **Focused narrative**: the problem ("Security stops at the vulnerability — we begin where security stops": who accepts · who funds · who owns · what can it reach) → **the signature mechanic: no deny button** (real vulnerability → real risk → accepted in a direction, for an interval → underwritten by owner + security + GRC → propagated to a board-level view; pre-approval against a risk profile; the nuclear option) → **risk acceptance** (window picker retained from v0.4) → **the mandate defined** ("a mandate is the right to act" — a definition-card artifact, closing the biggest comprehension gap from the Ambassador review) → **the SG/Vault foundation** (zero-knowledge, PKI, provenance, no database, sovereignty, no lock-in).
- **Removed** (per the LinkedIn-post filter and the Ambassador review): the vendor trust-layer category stack, the trifecta stats section (unsourced "20 agents / 80% noise" figures), the four-pillars value ladder, hope-vs-enforce, capability certificates, and pricing.
- **Defensibility**: compliance badges replaced with product-truth badges (no deny button · time-boxed acceptance · underwritten to the board · zero-knowledge vault). The **"FedRAMP Ready" claim is scrubbed from all shipped versions** (v0.3.0, v0.4.0, v0.4.2) — a false certification-status claim cannot remain publicly served, so this is the documented, intentional exception to delta immutability; the Dev review (v0.4.3) flagged it as a public-domain blocker, and outputs are re-pinned via `node build.js --pin`. The Enterprise "NIST / FedRAMP" bullet becomes "NIST / ISO alignment".
- Delta contents: `site/index.template.html`, `site/menu.json`, `site/styles/sections.css`, `site/styles/footer.css` (3-column), `_removes.json` dropping `site/styles/pricing.css`. Tokens, hero, base, the risk queue, and the window picker inherit from the chain unchanged.
- v0.4.2, v0.4.0, and v0.3.0 remain selectable via the switcher.
