0.8.0 — Homepage links to the interactive scenarios

A small one: the homepage now points visitors at the interactive risk-acceptance scenarios. The CTA sits in the acceptance section — right under the rm-window-picker and the "how long, who owns it, what's funded" copy — because the scenarios ("how long would you accept it?") are exactly that mechanic made playable. data-nav="scenarios.html" routes through the host to the Interactive page.

As with the RAMM band, the homepage is the frozen latest version page, so this is a new snapshot: src/v0/v0.8/v0.8.0/ overrides the homepage template (adds the CTA) and inherits everything else — empty section nav, the dropdown, the RAMM band — by layering. No new CSS; the link reuses .btn / .cta-row.

Smoke now asserts the homepage carries both first-party CTAs (RAMM and scenarios). Older snapshots are untouched; frozen outputs re-pinned only where the embedded switcher list grows by 0.8.0.
