# 0.9.0 — Mobile navigation fix

Below 880px the header did `.navlinks { display: none }` with nothing to replace
it, so on phones the whole nav bar — every page link — simply vanished. Only the
brand and "Book a demo" survived. This restores navigation with a hamburger
drawer.

## The fix

- **`nav.js` (shared) injects the toggle.** `wire()` now creates a hamburger
  button in the header and toggles a `.nav-open` class on `.top`. No template
  changes anywhere — one shared file gives every framed page the drawer. It's
  idempotent, closes on navigate / outside-click / Escape / resize back to
  desktop, and is delegated so it works with the dynamically-rendered menu.
- **Drawer CSS.** Below 880px `.navlinks` becomes an absolutely-positioned drawer
  under the header, shown only when `.top.nav-open`. The Risk Scenarios group
  expands inline (no hover dropdown on touch). Appended to all eight top-level
  stylesheets and, for the homepage, added as a `nav-mobile.css` site style in the
  0.9.0 snapshot.

## Why a new snapshot

The homepage is the frozen `latest` version page, and its nav.js + header CSS come
from the version chain. `src/v0/v0.9/v0.9.0/` layers the updated `nav.js` and the
`nav-mobile.css`, and inherits everything else (template, dropdown, RAMM band,
scenarios link) from 0.8.0. Pointing `latest` at 0.9.0 ships the fix to the
homepage; top-level pages get the same `nav.js` via HEAD immediately. Older frozen
snapshots keep their old behaviour — they're historical.

## Guarding it

Smoke adds a mobile-nav group: the hamburger is injected, opening sets
`.nav-open` + `aria-expanded`, tapping a nav link closes it, and the homepage
carries the toggle too. (Layout/breakpoint itself isn't exercised in jsdom, but
the open/close plumbing is.)
