## Accepted is not acceptable · talks and the proposition deck · RiskGraph

The first tranche of the brief-corpus proposals, plus the public artefacts.

- **New page: `acceptable.html`.** The distinction the site had never carried — *accepted* is an act
  somebody performs; *acceptable* is the level at which the business stops funding remediation. The
  centrepiece is an interactive **four-state grid** (they are orthogonal, not sequential), because
  missing acceptance is an ownership problem and a missing acceptable line is a governance problem —
  different failures, different fixes. Also on the page: acceptable as **risk appetite renamed**, the
  **Article 9(5)** hook (the Act mandates the judgement without ever defining the word), declared vs
  revealed appetite as the probe that needs no tooling, the full **interval ladder** with the
  response each rung commits you to, and **accept-first** with the risk level as a dated ledger.
- **Talks and the proposition deck** are now on the Library page. The 12-slide value-proposition PDF
  is embedded, read through the vault bridge at runtime like the rest of the library content — no
  bytes inlined into the page. Talks are **click-to-load**: nothing is fetched from YouTube until the
  visitor presses play, and the player is `youtube-nocookie`. Both are driven by
  `assets/media/media.json`, so adding a talk is a content edit with no rebuild.
- **Plug page extended** — speed restated as a race (time-to-pull against time-to-damage) with the
  detection floor now grounded and attributed: hyperscaler spend is typically reported 12–18 hours in
  arrears, so a cost-triggered response cannot start sooner. Plus the precise-plug vs blunt-plug
  distinction (the absence of a precise plug is itself a finding) and the altitude point
  (recoverability worsens as you climb). Cross-links to the new page in the FAQ.
- **Two library articles**: *Recoverability* and *Accepted is not acceptable*. Article artwork is now
  optional, so writing is no longer blocked on an infographic.
- **Naming: RiskGraph.** SGraph is gone from the site; the architecture diagram now reads RISKGRAPH.
  Historical frozen versions keep their own wording, as the immutability model requires.
- Housekeeping: removed the `src/versions` old-structure duplicate (resurrected by a merge again),
  and the smoke suite's library and page counts are now derived from content rather than hardcoded.
