## After you pay: a page per level for the payment link to land on, the plus-one-thing rule said out loud, and a definition of done you can check

**The offer was built and the button was not.** The lead's strategy brief of 15 September,
*The offer is built and the button is not*, reads the four levels as they stand and finds the
gap in the right place: the store prices and describes each level, and nothing on either site
says what happens once the money has moved. Its rule for the ladder, that each level is the
level below plus one thing, was already true of [the pricing page](pricing.html) and is now
stated on it, so a buyer can see why the price moves and what the extra thing is. The brief is
[in the register](briefs.html) as D9, byte for byte, with what it produced and what it is owed.

**Four pages a customer lands on after paying.** One per level, `paid-t1.html` to
`paid-t4.html`, unlisted and marked not for indexing: they are the success address for the
store's payment link, not pages to find. Each says the same five things in the same order. What
arrives and when. What this level is not, so the £5 buyer is not waiting for a call. What you do
next, which at level 3 is to run `MAP-A-GRANT.md` where the agent runs and email back the two
files it wrote, with no secret in them. How the key reaches you, which is separately and never
on a page. And who to write to if nothing arrives, with the order reference the page reads off
the payment link and shows back. Each page ends with the level's definition of done as a commit
you can check from the vault's own history, which [Pricing](pricing.html#after) now carries as
one table across the four levels. The homepage's behaviour-policy section shows the four
levels, and the £10 that two pages still quoted for the first level is £5, as the store says.

**What is assumed.** The delivery times on those pages are ours, not the brief's: one working
day at levels 1 and 2, three working days at level 3 from the day the files arrive, a first
session within five working days at level 4. They are commitments set today and the record is
where they move if they cannot be kept. The address the level-3 files go to is a mailbox, the
same one the site's demo form uses, until the write-only intake link exists; the page says so.

**Not done.** Nothing on this site collects a payment, so the payment links, and the success
address set on each of them, are the store's to make; until they point here, these pages are
reached by nobody. The level-1 zip and its emailed copy are the store's to serve, and the vault
link is what exists today. The level-3 text on the store's own product page, the opinion
