## Who is arriving, what is sold, and the insurance argument on a page of its own

A brief from the lead, recorded as [D10](briefs.html), asked for something no brief had asked for
before: take content **off** the home page. It is right. The argument is a chain — our job is to
make agents insurable; an agent is insurable when the organisation has authorised it in a way that
survives examination, which is a licence to operate; a licence to operate needs a behaviour policy
to be a licence for anything. So the ABP is what we sell, and nothing above it is dropped.

**[The home page](index.html) opens on who is arriving.** Three cards, three pages: [you run agents
today](for-corporate.html), [you are a founder](for-founders.html), [you are a
startup](for-startups.html). Each answers the question that group actually arrives with rather than
restating the product at them. A fourth group — investors asking what a portfolio company's agents
can reach — is named on the page as not yet having one, because it is already written up on the
Lisbon page, in the store and on the printed sheets, and quietly omitting it would be the wrong kind
of tidy.

**[Make agents insurable](insurance.html) is new, and nothing was lost to build it.** Cover being
withdrawn, the two dated changes of 2026, questionnaires against evidence, the six levels, the five
dimensions, who it is for and the acceptance mechanic all moved here in full, with the chain at the
top saying why this is the third rung and not the first. From an investment point of view this is
the larger picture, and it now reads as an argument rather than as a promise attached to a page
trying to sell something else.

**[Licence to Operate](licence-to-operate.html) is new**, and it adopts the referent the vaults
already use rather than inventing a second one: the organisation is the authority, the behaviour
policy is the instrument, the agent is the licensee. Its status is stated — the file ships in every
published vault today as an unsigned template, with the authority and the interval blank. The
countersigned form somebody outside your organisation would accept does not exist.

**The menu was rebuilt rather than extended**, because seven top-level entries is a cap and this
needed three new places: Policies, Who it's for, Insurance, Live demos, Lisbon 2026, Pricing, More.
Insurance absorbed the old problem group; the ABP pages and the licence sit under Policies. The
group is labelled *Policies* and not *Behaviour policies* for a measured reason: the longer label
pushed the header bar to 1113px against its 1100px cap on every page whose button reads *Book a
demo*, which is most of them.

**Recorded as asked for and not got**, on the register: multilingual delivery for levels 3 and 4,
which the brief asks for because both have a person in the loop, and which is not built and not
claimed anywhere on this site; the investor page; and a per-audience view inside a vault, which the
home page gives as the reason for audience pages while the vault app still opens on one view for
everybody.

### A correction, and it reverses something this site said

The four printed sheets record against RiskMandate: *"No payment link; entry-tier application not
located."* We called that wrong in conversation. It was right. Every level on the store says **"the
payment link has not been issued yet"** — the offer pages resolve, and nothing on them can be paid
for. Level 1 is also **£5**, not the £10 this site claimed until v1.19.0 removed it. Both claims
were already gone by the time this release landed; the correction is recorded here because the
mistake was ours and it was stated confidently.
