## The label panel names the mandate's word once, beside the row

The panel on [the library](agent-behaviour-policy.html) that says *what this agent could do to you*
printed two lists, and the second could never hold a line the first did not already have.

*Side effects — not asked for, and nothing real stops it* lists the excess whose barrier is anything
but a boundary. *Told not to, and only told* followed it, listing the rows the mandate refuses whose
barrier is anything but a boundary. The refused rows are a subset of the excess, and both lists drop
whatever sits behind a boundary, so the second was the first with the unstated rows taken out. On
Claude's Gmail connector it reprinted three of the four lines above it, which is how it was spotted.

The distinction it carried is worth keeping: a row the mandate **refused in words** is not the same
as one it **never mentioned**, even though nothing but words stands in the way of either. That is now
a mark on each line, and the two counts are stated under the list. One reading instead of two, and
the distinction sits beside the row it belongs to rather than in a list of its own.

Nothing about the grant, the mandate or the delta changed; this is how one derived view was drawn.
