## The insurance answer stands on its own question

**The page keeps the question and drops the thread.** [Can you insure a program?](insure-a-program.html)
opened by recounting who asked whom, under which post. The lead's reading was that the page is
better without it: the question is the thing, and it is asked by everyone the moment AI
insurance comes up. So the opening now states the question plainly, names RAND's report of
16 September 2026 as the context rather than as a post, and goes straight to the dated answers.
The quotation of the question is gone; the eight entries, the table, the underwriters' own words
on the deployment as the unit of risk, and the three rungs are unchanged.

**One line that wrapped badly on a phone.** The hero's metadata line was a row of separate pieces
with a fixed gap between them, which on a narrow screen scattered into gaps of different widths.
It is now one sentence that wraps like any other.

**Not changed.** The release note for v1.26.1 still records how the question reached us; records
are not rewritten. The sources are the same and every date on the page is the same.
