## Twenty minutes of your advice, by voice

A build brief from the sgit.ai site team ([D19](briefs.html)). RiskMandate wants expert feedback
from people whose time is scarce and whose knowledge is mostly in their heads. Asking them to read
a site and write feedback rarely works; asking them to talk for twenty minutes usually does.

- **[The first interview page](interview-founder-marketing.html)** is for founders who are good at
  UK events, marketing and content that spreads. It carries a prompt they paste into ChatGPT, which
  interviews them by voice, one short question at a time, and then writes a summary in ten fixed
  sections that they send back. The page has the brief's six parts in its order: who it is for and
  why you; what we want to learn; how it works; the prompt; what happens to your answers; and how
  to send it back. It is unlisted and sent by link.
- **The copy button copies the prompt exactly**, line breaks included. It was tested in a browser
  against the stored text, all 3,573 characters. The page loads nothing from anywhere else and sends
  nothing anywhere.
- **The prompt is the brief's, with two corrections** to what the site states. The home page says
  the CEO, CTO and CISO can all stand behind one record, and does not name an insurer. The Licence
  to Operate page makes the behaviour policy the licence's instrument, not its evidence. The brief
  allowed exactly this kind of change, and both are recorded beside the prompt.
- **The pattern is a template**: `site/interviews/_template.json` and a generator. The next page,
  for an investor, a CISO or an insurer, is one JSON file and one command, and the order of the six
  parts is enforced rather than remembered.

What was not done: the brief asks for the prompt to be run once in ChatGPT's voice mode, and for a
check that the summary comes back with all ten sections. This site's agent has no ChatGPT account,
so that run is the lead's. Sending the summary straight into a vault, through a lane that can only
be written to, is marked in the brief as later.
