The version, on every screen

The lead had no good way to confirm a new version was live. The header has carried a version chip since v1.0.0, linked to this page, and it was hidden on almost every screen: below 1400px by the laptop rule that made room for the GitHub link, and below 1040px by the drawer rule. It showed only on a wide monitor.

• On a laptop the chip is back. The laptop rule now hides only the GitHub link, which the footer carries anyway. Checked at 1041, 1100, 1280 and 1440 pixels on three pages: the chip shows and the header does not overflow.
• On a phone or a tablet the drawer carries it. The header has no room below 1040px, so the menu's first entry is Version v1.34.7 · what shipped, linked here, cloned from the chip while the drawer is open. Checked at 1040, 900, 390 and 360 pixels.
• The rule lives in add-licence-chrome.mjs, which rewrites every page and checks them in CI; the drawer entry lives in the shared nav.js, synced into every page.

Not changed: the pricing page still scrolls sideways on a phone because of its table, which predates this release and is not the header's doing.
