Who is this for?

You are a founder

We are shipping with agents and somebody is going to ask what they can reach.

• What changes: Speed and evidence, in that order. A founder needs the document to exist before the conversation that needs it, and needs it to survive being read by somebody more senior than them.
• Pointed first at: ABP Vault, £50. A vault you hold the keys to is the level that turns a question into an artefact you own. The pack below it is the same material if you would rather not run anything; the correction above it is for when the template's assumptions are not yours.

You are backing a company

I need somebody to look at what this company's agents can actually do, and I need it to be somebody's work.

• What changes: Independence, and repeatability across a portfolio. The point is not that a document exists — it is that somebody who is not the founder wrote it and will stand behind it.
• Pointed first at: ABP Reviewed, £1,500. The two upper levels are the ones where a person does the work and signs it. The levels below are the same document produced without anybody looking at your situation, which is fine for a founder and is not what a review is.

Can I have this in a form my board can read?

• What changes: Who the document is written for. The material is the same; what an executive needs is the version that survives a board pack, and the store is explicit that this is being built rather than already sitting there.
• Pointed first at: ABP Tailored, £500. Corrected for your situation is the first level where the assumptions are yours rather than a template's, which is the difference between a document you can put in front of a board and one you have to explain first.

You do this for a living

I can write the policy. What I want is the structure and the vocabulary, and I want to see how you compute the delta.

• What changes: Nothing is explained that you already know. What is worth your time here is the method and the fifteen published templates — and, if you run reviews, the list of people who run the upper two levels.
• Pointed first at: ABP Pack, £10. The pack is every file, downloaded, under a commercial licence — which is the level that makes sense when you are going to do the work yourself and put it in front of a client.

• What changes: The mapping, and what the store refuses to claim about it. Nothing here is a compliance assessment and nothing claims conformity to any standard — what exists is a document that can be cited a row of.
