# Company X-Ray: the plan on one page

**The business.** A company drops its own documents into an encrypted vault: management accounts, customer and supplier lists, minutes, the plan, a complaints log. Agents run a catalogue of analyses across them, a person reviews the result, and within five working days the company gets back an X-ray: its own questions answered first, a one-page board pack, and findings that each name the document and the row they came from. It also gets a Claude setup, so the team can keep asking questions of the same documents after we have gone.

**Why it is simple to run.** No connectors, no integrations and no access to the customer's systems. The customer chooses what to send. The whole service is three parts: an agent platform (Claude or ChatGPT), a vault for the documents and the delivery, and the customer's own data.

**Why now.** Agents can now read a company's documents and do the arithmetic in minutes. What a business owner cannot get from a chat window is the discipline: the right questions, every finding tied to its evidence, arithmetic that re-runs, and a person who has checked it.

**What you sell.** Four levels, the same shape as RiskMandate.ai's: the kit, downloaded, **£50**; your own X-ray vault set up for you to run, **£150**; a Standard X-ray run and reviewed by us, **£500**; a Tailored X-ray with two one-hour sessions and a signed review, **£1,500**. Then a Re-X-ray when the next quarter's numbers are in. Euro prices are the same numbers.

**The numbers.** A Standard X-ray takes about three and a half hours of a person's time and a Tailored one about nine, so a reviewer earns £135 to £165 an hour. Two founders break even at around eleven Standard and three Tailored X-rays a month, with a few kits and repeats beside them. Every number is a hypothesis; `05-business-model.md` shows the arithmetic, and the app has a calculator.

**Why it is buildable.** Every part exists today: the agents, the vault, Claude Projects for the handover. This vault holds a complete sample, an invented company X-rayed end to end, with 14 findings and a script that re-runs all 46 figures.
