The service: four levels and a repeat
Each level is the level below plus exactly one thing, and the one thing is what the price is for. This is RiskMandate.ai's pricing rule, reused as it stands.

Levels 1 and 2 are the vault without customisation. Levels 3 and 4 are the vault with it.
What the customer never gives us
- Access to their systems. No logins, connectors or integrations.
- Passwords, keys or tokens. Not at any level.
- Documents they have not chosen. The inbox holds only what they put there.
What arrives, at every paid level
The page after payment says what happens now, when, and who to write to if it does not. The key arrives separately from the instructions, never on a page. Levels 2 to 4 get a reply from a person within one working day.
The partner licence
Accountants, fractional finance directors and business advisers run X-rays for their own clients, under their own name, with the catalogue and the prompts: £250 a month plus £100 per X-ray, with the review done by the partner. The catalogue improves from every partner's X-rays, with the partner's permission and without the client's documents.
