# The handover call (Standard level, thirty minutes)

1. **Five minutes.** Open the vault together. Show `xray/board-pack.md`.
2. **Ten minutes.** Their three questions, and the answers.
3. **Five minutes.** The labels: read, computed, inferred. Show one finding's evidence opened in its file.
4. **Five minutes.** The Claude setup. Ask one question from `TRY-ASKING.md` live.
5. **Five minutes.** What happens next: the ninety days, and when a Re-X-ray would be worth it.

Anything they correct on the call is committed to the vault the same day, with a note of what changed.
