# The intake page

What the customer sees after buying, as a page or an email. The vault key is never on this page; it arrives separately.

**Your X-ray starts here.**

1. **Your key is on its way separately.** It opens a vault that is encrypted on your device before anything is uploaded, so the host only ever holds ciphertext. Our agents read your files only to run your X-ray.
2. **Read what to send, and what not to.** The list is below. Leave out anything with individual pay, health or personal details, and any passwords.
3. **Drop your documents in.** Put them in the vault's `inbox/` folder. Spreadsheets as CSV or Excel, documents as Word, PDF or markdown.
4. **Tell us your three questions** in `inbox/intake.md`, with what you left out and who will read the X-ray.
5. **Say "done".** Reply to this email. The clock starts then: five working days to your X-ray.

**What you get back**, in the same vault: a board pack on one page, the full X-ray with every finding tied to the document it came from, the questions your documents could not answer, a ninety-day plan, and a Claude setup so your team can keep asking questions of the same documents.
