# The Tailored level: two sessions

The Tailored X-ray adds two one-hour sessions with the customer and analyses written for their questions. It is the same shape as the reviewed level at RiskMandate.ai: a person in the room, and a name on the result.

## Session one: what you want to know (one hour, before the run)

- **Ten minutes: why now.** What decision is coming, and who makes it.
- **Twenty minutes: the questions.** Go past the three in the intake. What would change what you do on Monday?
- **Twenty minutes: the documents.** What exists, what is missing, and what is in someone's head. Agree what to add.
- **Ten minutes: custom analyses.** Up to three analyses beyond the catalogue, each with the question it answers and the documents it needs. Written down before the call ends.

## Between the sessions

The standard catalogue runs, plus the custom analyses. The reviewer reads everything, and prepares the three findings most likely to be argued with.

## Session two: the walk-through (one hour, at delivery)

- **Fifteen minutes: the answers** to the customer's questions, on the board pack.
- **Thirty minutes: the findings they will argue with.** Corrections raised in the room are captured and committed.
- **Fifteen minutes: the Claude setup.** Set it up together, ask two questions live, and leave it working.

## Sign-off

`xray/SIGN-OFF.md`, committed with the reviewer's name and the date, and what was corrected in session two.
