One player's record

Four lessons, three coaches, two cities, one record

Alex, an invented intermediate player, takes lessons from two coaches in London and one in Lisbon while travelling, and plays three times a week. Pick any entry. For a lesson you can see the coach's raw voice memo, the note the agent made from it, and the three things Alex takes into the next game. Match notes and a clip come from Alex. Briefings are what the next coach reads before walking on court.

Three coaches, one player

Every coach sees something different. Now none of it is lost.

Each column is a lesson, a match or a clip; each row is a theme the agent tracks across them. Amber is where something was first seen or is still a problem; green is where it holds. Diego, in Lisbon, saw the lob and the transition that the London lessons had not reached, and Inés started her first lesson already knowing all of it.

How it is built

A voice memo, an agent, and two vaults

RecordAt the end of the lesson, the coach records two or three minutes of voice in Claude, ChatGPT or a transcription app.
ProcessAn agent turns the transcript into a lesson note and a player view, with the prompt in prototypes/coach-memo-prompt.md.
AppendThe note goes into the player's data vault through a write-only lane. The coach can add, and cannot read anyone else's notes or change anything.
ReadThe player opens the record through the shared app vault, on a phone, with their own key. Coaches get read keys from the player.
BriefBefore the next lesson, a two-minute briefing folds every coach's notes and the player's games together.
Two vaults. The app lives in one vault, shared by every player and coach. Each player's record lives in a data vault of its own, whose vault key the player holds. The record belongs to the player, so it travels with them from coach to coach and club to club. Key management is the one hard part, and it is the subject of sgit.ai's call for collaboration with password managers and identity providers.
