| **Children** | Many students are minors. Recording, notes and clips about children need parental consent and a safeguarding policy. | Adults only in the first phases. Design consent and a guardian's key before any junior programme. |
| **Other people in clips** | Match clips show opponents and partners who did not agree to be recorded. | Clips for the coach only, not shared further; blur or crop where possible; ask partners. |
| **Personal data** | A player's record is personal data, and coaches' notes can be candid. | The player holds the key, and can delete the vault. Notes are about play, not the person. |
| **Clubs feel bypassed** | Direct coach-player relationships can look like leakage. | Share remote revenue with clubs, and sell through them. |
| **The agent gets it wrong** | A note that misstates what the coach said is worse than none. | The transcript is kept beside every note, and the coach can correct it. |
