Epic: content principles, visual briefing, and the semantic twin

Principles for the content (reader first, scaling team communication, no "rungs"), a visible place for the issues and questions a desk finds (not buried in prose), screenshots and standing cards on every page, a map on every Cartographer page, and an experiment: a JSON twin of each new piece carrying its markdown, its dependencies and a semantic graph (Evidence, Ideas, Questions, Statements, Facts, Hypotheses, Observations, Comments), the graph the prose is written from.
