History index that reads, and lessons the reader can mark read one by one

history/index.html is a list of bullets: give it the same cards as the front page with standfirsts and counts (decisions, questions, lessons, moments). On history/lessons.html each lesson gets an id and its own read control; the reader's view shows only the new ones, with "show all".
