Risks and open questions
Risks
| Risk | What could happen | What the plan does |
|---|---|---|
| A wrong inferred finding | A board acts on a reading that the documents did not support. | Labels on every finding; the reviewer reads each inferred finding against its evidence; "check it before acting" in the label itself. |
| Personal data in the documents | Names, pay or health details reach the model and the X-ray. | The intake checklist; the agent stops and reports personal data it finds; a processing agreement; a deletion record. |
| "I could do this myself in ChatGPT" | The customer does not see the value of the review. | Sell the kit, and let them. The sample shows what the discipline adds. |
| Review time grows | Each X-ray takes longer to check than planned, and the margin disappears. | Measure from customer one; sector packs; a price test at £750. |
| Model provider terms change | The terms that make business use acceptable move. | State the terms on the intake page with the date they were read, and re-read them each quarter. |
| Liability | An X-ray is treated as professional advice. | The X-ray describes documents; it is not accounting, legal or financial advice, and says so. Professional indemnity insurance before the first paid customer. |
| Confidentiality | The operator's own copies outlive the engagement. | Deletion after delivery, recorded in the vault. |
