The handover call (Standard level, thirty minutes)
- Five minutes. Open the vault together. Show
xray/board-pack.md. - Ten minutes. Their three questions, and the answers.
- Five minutes. The labels: read, computed, inferred. Show one finding's evidence opened in its file.
- Five minutes. The Claude setup. Ask one question from
TRY-ASKING.mdlive. - Five minutes. What happens next: the ninety days, and when a Re-X-ray would be worth it.
Anything they correct on the call is committed to the vault the same day, with a note of what changed.
