The opening question
Do you know what your agents did? It is short, it is fair, and most people who have switched on a connector cannot answer it. Follow it with facts, not fear: the Gmail API documents its delete as permanent, Undo Send does not exist in the API, a moved calendar event has no undo for the user. 02-the-facts.md is the leave-behind.
The free thing that opens the door
An irreversibility map. For a prospect's connected agents, list the scopes granted and, for each one, which actions it allows that the platform cannot undo. It takes an hour, it needs no access to content, and it is usually the first time anyone has written the list down. It turns "we should look at agent risk" into a named list that somebody has to own.

What not to do
- Do not sell fear. Every claim must be a documented platform behaviour with a link.
- Do not claim completeness in agent-reported mode.
- Do not position it as a backup product. Customers who need backup need a backup product as well.
