8. Why invest
- The need is documented, not invented. The platforms themselves document which actions cannot be undone. Every organisation that switches on a connector inherits that list, and almost none has written it down.
- Adoption drives revenue. Pricing per agent means revenue grows as customers deploy more agents, which is the direction every assistant vendor is pushing.
- It is evidence, and evidence has buyers beyond IT. Insurers, auditors and boards need the same records; the Assured tier and the RiskMandate.ai behaviour-policy work are built for that conversation.
- Low technical risk. The substrate exists: append lanes, client-side encryption, vault apps that rebuild views, and a working replay on invented data. The work is integration, per-connector views and selling.
- Open by construction. The plan, the format and the reference replay are public, so customers are not locked in, and the company competes on running it well.
What an investor should ask
- How complete is capture in each mode, and how does the evidence pack say so?
- What happens when a platform changes its API?
- Who holds the keys, and what does the customer's security team need to see?
- How much support does each tier really take?
